Selim Mahmud further said that during the rule of the nation’s father Bangabandhu and Bangabandhu’s daughter, Sheikh Hasina, no criminals were ever pleased. Rather, whoever committed the crime, regardless of party affiliation, has been prosecuted. The Haji Selim son incident is another clear message to all bullies that statesman Sheikh Hasina believes in the rule of law. There is no room for intimidation in this state. The state apparatus is active against all vandalism.
