Case filed against 21 people arrested in ‘mini casino’ in Ashulia

The RAB has recorded two separate cases after handing over 21 people arrested at a mini-casino in Dhaka’s Savar upazila to the Ashulia police station on Sunday night. The two cases show his arrest. They are scheduled to be handed over to court on Monday and in custody for five days.

According to RAB, the casino (gambling hall) has been housed for a month and a half in a 500-square-foot tin shack on the side of the road in a residential area in the Kaichabari area of ​​Ashulia. The event was held every day from 10 to 12 hours. The people who used to come to the casino are in their 20s and 50s. Most of them are workers in different garment factories.

A RAB-4 team raided the casino on Saturday night. Sabuj Mia (28), Shipon (20), Liton (45), Rabiul Mollah (24), Abu Taleb (20), Asadul Islam (30), Habibur Rahman (48), Abdul Alim (35), Azadul Islam (50 ), Sohail Mollah (32), Masud Rana (20), Rubel Mia (33), Rabbi (22) and Roni Bhuiyan (25) were arrested.
