Golam Hasibul is the secretary of primary and mass education

Golam Md. Hasibul Alam joined the Bangladeshi civil service in 1989. Born in Nilphamari district in 1984, this civil servant has served in field administration as Officer of Upazila Nirbahi, Deputy Commissioner of Patuakhali. This administration official has also served as Additional Secretary of the Ministry of Primary and Mass Education. Before his appointment as secretary of the Ministry of Primary and Mass Education, he was executive president of the National Authority for Skills Development.
