The tourism corporation has identified more than 600 tourist spots in eight divisions of the country. The information was given at a meeting of the Parliamentary Commission of the Ministry of Civil Aviation and Tourism held in Jatiya Sangsad Bhaban on Sunday (October 25). According to sources at the meeting, at the previous meeting, the parliamentary committee had recommended identifying new tourist spots and taking measures to make them attractive.

A statement from the Secretariat of Parliament said the meeting was informed that the airline had resumed operations on May 31. The operational work of the aircraft is performed on a limited scale with minimal staffing due to compliance with hygiene regulations, maintaining social distance and considering the demands of the office. Now the number of flights is increasing. In this context, more manpower is needed. Also in this case, the health of officials and employees is ensured to ensure proper compliance with health and physical distance regulations. The meeting discussed the “Bangladesh Travel Agency (Registration and Control) (Amendment) Act 2013”. This will be discussed further at the next meeting.
