The plaintiff in the latest rape case filed last night, a 28-year-old woman, complained that she and her younger brother fell asleep at her home on the night of December 15, 2016. The woman also complained that she opened the door of the house for fear of shooting. At that moment, Mojibur Rahman entered the house and bound his younger brother’s hands and face with a towel. He later raped her at gunpoint in another room in the house. When he tried to scream, Mujibur Rahman hit him in the face with the gun in his hand. After the incident, Mojibur Rahman threatened to kill him for not telling anyone about the incident. Shortly after the incident, she informed her husband in Dhaka. The next day, the husband came home and learned about the entire incident from her. But since Mojibur Rahman was influential, he did not dare to bring a case against him. He decided to present a case after Mujibur Rahman was arrested for raping another woman on Wednesday.
