Globe president said: “An organization called Anmal in Nepal has shown interest in obtaining 20 lakh doses of vaccine from us. Also, the Government of Nepal will test our ticker there. According to Globe Biotech sources, they have been working on the coronavirus vaccine since March 6. They have periodically been successful in experimental applications in animal bodies. Based on this, the International Center for Diarrhea Research Bangladesh (ICDDRB) has signed an agreement with Globe to test this vaccine on the human body. ICDDRBE will now appeal to the government to arrange other necessary matters.

Meanwhile, Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University (BSMMU) will conduct a trial of a vaccine invented by the France-based Sanofi Pastor Company. BSMMU sources said that the agreement process between the two organizations is ongoing.
