A four-year-old girl has been accused of raping a teenage girl in Rajshahi. The incident is alleged to have taken place in the city of Rajshahi around 11:30 am on Wednesday.
Later that night, the girl’s father filed a rape case against the teenager. The boy has been admitted to the One Stop Crisis Center (OCC) at Rajshahi Medical College Hospital.
Citing the case, police said the girl stayed home and her father left to drive the van in the morning. And the girl’s mother went to work. At that time the girl was playing next to the house with other children. A neighboring ninth grade student (15) raped the girl on the roof of the house saying she would give her chocolate. Around noon, the girl’s parents returned home to find her ill. The girl was taken to Rajshahi Medical College Hospital on suspicion of bleeding. He was later admitted to OCC. He is currently in treatment there.
The Officer-in-Charge (CO) of the Chandrima Police Station, Sirajum Munir, said the family informed them about the incident in the afternoon. Later that night, the family filed a lawsuit. The accused teenager has fled. An attempt is being made to arrest him.
