In a fierce battle with Armenia, the Azerbaijani army waved flags in 24 villages in four provinces, including the city of Jangalia in Nagarno-Karabakh. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev said that the Karabakh city of Jangail had been liberated. Furthermore, the Hawali, Jarnali, Mammadbaili, Hakari, Sharifan and Muganli areas of Jangail province have also been liberated from the hands of the enemy.
In addition, the Dardchinar, Kurdlar, Yukhari Abdurhamanli, Garghabazar, Asaghi Visli, Yukhari Ibasanli areas of Fuzuli province Dashbashi, Gunashali, Aghajakanda, Mulkudara and Bhang areas of Khojavend province; Armenia has liberated the Sarafsha, Hasangaidi, Fughanli, Imambaghi, Das Veisali, Aghtapa and Yaramadli areas of Jabril province from Armenian control.
