After reviewing the letter, the Commission Secretariat decided the case in accordance with the Upazila Parishad (Electoral Conduct) Rules.

According to the statement in the case, MP Nixon Chowdhury called Faridpur Deputy Commissioner Atul Sarkar on the morning of October 9 and expressed his displeasure at the appointment of more magistrates in the elections. If your supporting candidate is defeated by the appointment of more magistrates, he displays various types of intimidation and indecent comments, including blocking the road.

In addition, the Bhangar Deputy Commissioner (Lands) arrested one person for violating the code of conduct on Election Day.
