BNP candidate Salahuddin Ahmed has alleged that BNP agents have been expelled from 95 percent of electoral districts.
He made the accusation to the journalists after visiting the Jatrabari Ideal School and the University Center at 10:45 am on Saturday (October 18).
Salahuddin Ahmed said that the Electoral Commission has not been able to hold fair elections so far. That is why I believe that today’s elections will not be fair. Most have evacuated our agents from the center. That is why we do not have agents in 90 to 95 percent of the centers.
He said it was an election without voters. People will not vote for them because of the way they have created terror. However, I will see to the end and I will stay to the end.
The BNP candidate said that when BNP agents went to Jatrabari Government Primary School No. 9 in District No. 50, they were forcibly evicted from the school premises.
Salahuddin added that a terrifying situation had been created by expelling the BNP election agents by creating panic in the area and voters were afraid to go to the polls.
Regarding the boycott of the elections, he said that from here the movement for the fall of the government will begin until the end of the elections.
