Students in classes VI through XI who have received stipends have been instructed to open online bank accounts or mobile bank accounts. Students have been asked to be included in the information software for the implementation of integrated stipend activities.
On Monday (October 12), the Department of Secondary and Higher Education (Maushi) issued such instructions to all Upazila Secondary Education Officials.
It is said in the notification, those responsible for the institutions must open the student accounts and include that information in the HSP-MIS software before November 8.
However, if an ineligible student account is opened or another account number is included in the software in place of the eligible student’s account number, the principal of the institution will be responsible.
Educational institutions must log into the MIS software (103.48.16.248:8080/HSP-MIS/login) with user ID and password and include student information and bank account information.
The letter details the process for opening an online bank account or mobile bank account for students in grades six through eleven who have received stipends and the inclusion of information.
