Legal notices have been issued against four people, including actress Nusrat Imroz Tisha, for making fun of the traditional community and inciting conversion and sectarianism through Vijaya Natak.
Attorney Sumon Kumar Roy sent legal notice on behalf of Liton Krishna Das on Monday. The other three are actor Irfan Sajjad, writer Saleh Uddin Soyeb Chowdhury (media name Shoaib Chowdhury) and director Abu Hayat Mahmud Bhuiyan (media name Abu Hayat Mahmud).

But it is very regrettable that the observation of the play shows that the characters of the traditional female religion have been subtly and roughly murdered in the play and that the traditional men have been portrayed as drunk, cruel, incompetent and indifferent. Through which alienation and conversion have been fostered in a very subtle and planned way.
A trial version of the play ‘Vijaya’, made on the occasion of Durga Puja, has already been released and has been criticized by entertainment enthusiasts around the world. By viewing the trial version of the play ‘Vijaya’, millions of followers of traditional religions around the world have been greatly disappointed and seriously hurt. His widespread anger was expressed through social media.
This controversial drama has deliberately hurt the feelings of the traditional community. The community attitude is clear in the play. Therefore, through social networks, it has already been requested that the trial version of the work be withdrawn and the work be boycotted in all areas.
The notice also states that the controversial drama was organized in collusion with one another with the intention of inciting communalism in conscience and hurting traditional religious sentiments.
Attorney Sumon said: “When the trial version of the work was published on social media and in various newspapers, my client and millions of followers of traditional religions were shocked and shocked, shocked and hurt. This drama is completely contrary to the creation of communalism, non-communal Bangladesh and independent Bangladesh achieved in exchange for the liberation war. If the drama is broadcast in its current form, my client will be forced to take legal action against the defendant on behalf of millions of traditional communities.
Within 7 days of receiving the legal notice, the defendants named in the notice were kindly requested to withdraw the controversial drama ‘Vijaya’ out of respect for traditional community sentiments and traditional religious sentiments. Otherwise, any civil and criminal court in the country will take refuge against them.
