Fly Dubai brought 104 Bangladeshi expatriates to Dubai without embarking without complying with the immigration policy of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) government. And then the Dubai Immigration Police sent everyone back to Bangladesh.

Fly Dubai will compensate Bangladeshi expatriates for such negligence. The airline will pay an additional 3,500 rupees for all refunds and additional expenses.

Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport Magistrate Sheikh Hafizur Rahman forced Fly Dubai to pay compensation on Sunday (October 11).

According to Shahjalal Airport sources, 51 passengers from Dhaka and 53 from Chittagong flew to Dubai on October 9 on two Fly Dubai flights. However, they were sent back to Bangladesh from Dubai Airport on Sunday (October 11). They were supposed to travel by road from Dubai to Al Ain and Abu Dhabi in the United Arab Emirates.

However, after speaking with hundreds of passengers and airlines, Magistrate Sheikh Hafizur Rahman confirmed that Fly Dubai’s negligence was responsible for the return. Following UAE immigration policy, these passengers have no chance to board the flight to Dubai. But Fly Dubai has done just that.

After a hearing in the presence of the aggrieved passengers on Sunday, the Fly Dubai authorities promised in writing each of the 104 returning passengers to pay another 3,500 rupees for the purchase price of tickets and other expenses by October 18. .

Although the flight was on October 8, the flight left Dhaka on October 9 a day late and flew to Dubai. Upon arrival at the Dubai airport, the police detained them for not having a permit. Two days later he was sent back to the country. These expats stay at the Dubai airport for 74 hours. They didn’t even give them food at the time.
