Noakhali Judges Court PP Gulzar Ahmed Jewel said that on Saturday afternoon, Senior Judge SM Mosleh Uddin Mizan of court no. Amli 2 recorded the defendant’s statement under article 164.

In both cases, seven or eight unidentified people were named as defendants.
The defendants are- Badal, Md. Rahim, Abul Kalam, Israfil Hossain, Saju, Samsuddin Sumon, Abdur Rob, Arif and Rahmat Ullah. They all live in Begumganj.
