Amjad married the girl between two sons. Although the boy had previously worked as a bricklayer, he was bedridden for 6 months after being the victim of a traffic accident. So now his family runs on Amjad’s only income, Imrul Kayes said.
He said: “Even in his own shortcomings, he has displayed a unique humanity. After learning of the incident through a story published by Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, Amjad Ali and the disabled woman sided with each other. ”
The disabled woman was admitted to Kaliganj Upazila Hospital with the help of the district administration on the instructions of the Prime Minister. Their daughter was born there at noon on October 2.
Imrul Kayes said: “The prime minister also ordered to help Amjad Ali to support the defenseless people without any interest. According to him, they gave him a motorized rickshaw at Amjad’s request. “
The woman who gave birth to the child has already received a “disability card”. Imrul also said that Amjad received 55,000 rupees in cash to take care of him and his daughter.
