If a person attempts to kill or injure a woman or a child by raping her, that person will be punished with life imprisonment and an additional fine. If someone tries to rape, the person will be punished with a severe prison term of not more than ten years but not less than five years and an additional fine.
The law further establishes that if a woman is raped while in police custody, then the person or persons in whose custody the rape took place were directly responsible for the custody of the raped woman, whether she or they, unless proven otherwise, they failed. Well, no more than ten years but at least five years of rigorous prison will be punishable and an additional fine of not less than ten thousand rupees will be punishable.
Saudi Arabia
In Saudi Arabia, if a person is found guilty of rape, they are publicly beheaded and executed within days of the verdict. But before that, the culprit was knocked unconscious by taking sleeping pills.
Iran
In Iran, a man is sentenced to death if convicted of rape. The country has a law that gives the death penalty to the criminal by hanging.
China
There is no excuse for rape punishment in China. If convicted of rape, he is directly sentenced to death. In that country the death penalty is carried out by hanging or shooting. Another punishment is cutting off the penis.
United Arab Emirates
A man from the United Arab Emirates is sentenced to death if convicted of rape. The accused was hanged until his breath ran out.
Afghanistan
In Afghanistan, a man is sentenced to death if convicted of rape. The death penalty is carried out by shooting the rapist in the head or by hanging him. The rapist’s sentence was carried out in four days.
