In Begumganj of Noakhali, a request was made to the High Court to remove from Facebook the video of the housewife stripped and tortured for not accepting the immoral proposal. An order in this regard will be issued after 2pm on Monday.

Attorney AM Amin Uddin, President of the Supreme Court Bar Association, said at the hearing: ‘My Lord, I saw a video of this egregious incident on Facebook last night. This is a very egregious incident. I’ve never seen an incident like this before. Exemplary action must be taken against them.

In the Noakhali Begumganj, the female victim (38) mentioned in the case report that the video of the torture stripping the housewife was disseminated on Facebook social networks for not agreeing with the immoral proposal.
The woman filed two cases with the Begumganj police station on Sunday in connection with the incident in early September. One case was filed under the Women and Child Abuse Prevention Act and the other under the Pornography Control Act. Nine people have been charged in both cases.
The woman in the case statement alleged that the defendant tried to rape her by tying up her husband. They imagined a video of the incident. Over the past month, you have been made unethical offers to broadcast the video. They left the video on Facebook because they did not agree with this unethical proposal.
Meanwhile, four people, including the main defendant Badal, have been arrested. RAB has arrested Badal from Dhaka. In addition, Delwar’s boss, Delwar, was arrested in Narayanganj with weapons in the incident.
