The government has taken the initiative to create 12,608 positions in technical schools and colleges to create qualified human resources and disseminate technical education.
These positions are known to have been created to advance the work of various technical education institutions throughout the country. Of these, 1,081 managerial positions and 11,546 non-managerial positions will be created in 49 polytechnic institutes and 64 technical schools and colleges.
It is known that the Ministry of Public Function had initially proposed the creation of a total of 13,082 positions out of a total of 1,244 cadres and 12,626 non-cadres. Subsequently, the revenue department of the finance department agreed to create a total of 12,608 positions comprising 1,081 cadres and 11,546 non-cadres. Recruitment for these positions will be completed in fiscal years 2019-20, 2020-21 and 2021-22.

Aminul Islam Khan said that the demand was made to the Ministry of Public Administration from the Department of Technical Education and Madrasa last year.
