When Abul Asad requested bail in court, the judge rejected his request for bail and ordered that he be sent to jail.

Later, when the Virtual Superior Court was opened on May 11, lawyers requested bail for Abul Asad that same day.

But the virtual court of the High Court asked Abul Asad to submit the application to the ordinary court of the High Court without the right to bail.

According to him, after hearing the request in the ordinary court, the Superior Court granted a provisional bond for one year, including the issuance of the rule.
