Feni: In Feni, ENA Transport closes its business by selling all its buses to Star Line Transport.
On Monday (September 28), ENA Transport will deliver its buses to Star Line.
The information came from speaking with Khandaker Enayet Ullah, owner of ENA Paribahan, and Main Uddin, director of Star Line Paribahan.
Khandaker Enayet Ullah, owner of ENA Paribahan, said it was pulling out of Feni’s business due to continued losses. They used to operate 34 buses on the Feni-Dhaka route, all of which were sold to Star Line.
He added that Star Line Transport also bought the bus terminal in Ener Chagalnaiya. They counted the loss of 15 to 16 lakh rupees per month.
Star Line Group director Main Uddin said ENA Paribahan has already delivered its buses to Star Line. Anna Transport came to Feni to do business, but wanted to sell its buses to Star Line as it was not possible to maintain them due to continuous losses. Star Line agreed and bought the buses.
Main Uddin further said that Star Line has been doing business with a reputation for a long time. They will continue to provide the best service to the people.
