Attorney Yunus Ali Akand will not be able to handle the case in the Supreme Court for two weeks. A virtual court of seven judges from the Appeals Division headed by Chief Justice Syed Mahmud Hossain approved the order on Sunday. At the same time, the Appeals Division has ordered the BTRC to remove Yunus Ali’s offensive status from its Facebook page and block his identification.
