At the beginning of September 20 and 22, two separate cases were registered against Vice President Noor and his six accomplices under the Prevention of Abuse of Women and Children Act and the Digital Security Act at Lalbagh and Kotwali Police Stations. in the capital. The plaintiff in both cases is the DU student. In the first case, Hasan Al Mamun, the coordinator of the Student Rights Council, became defendant number one. The organization was released on Wednesday. In the second case, Nazmul Hasan, the organization’s joint coordinator, was named defendant number one.

Meanwhile, DB police detained Vice President Noor and six of his associates during a protest in the capital on Monday night protesting the September 20 case at the Lalbagh Police Station. They were later released on bail with treatment at Dhaka Medical College.
