Assessment your way even if you are not in 8th grade

The Intereducational Board has decided that schools will test students in their own way, even if there are no exams in eighth grade this year. However, the necessary part of the curriculum that will not be taught in eighth grade will be taught in ninth grade. Instructions will be sent to educational institutions for this purpose. The Bangladesh Examination Development Unit (BEDU) is responsible for deciding how much or how much of the study program will be taught.

These decisions were made by the Presidents of the Board of Education at a meeting of the Board of Intereducation in the auditorium of the Dhaka Board of Education on Thursday. Also, although there isn’t much discussion about the HSC exam, the presidents of the board of education have said that they are ready to take the HSC exam as soon as they have 15 days. However, the Ministry of Education will announce the date of the HSC exam.

President of the Board of Inter-education and President of the Board of Education, Professor. Ziaul Haque told reporters that there was no discussion about the HSC exam. It has been said that this year’s JSC candidates will pass the ninth class, which schools will be able to pass by self-assessment. Still don’t know if we can do the test? However, schools will evaluate in their own way. This year the class has been for two and a half months. Apart from this, classes have been given on parliamentary television and online. The institution will be evaluated based on what it has taught. We will soon give a guideline on this.

He added: “Bedu has been given the responsibility to adjust the parts that were not taught in the eighth grade, but are needed in the ninth grade, to the next grade.”

The Ministry of Education has already decided that the Secondary Education Certificate (JSC) exam will not take place this year. However, the student-parents were in a dilemma as to how these students would progress to the next class. That’s what the chairmen of the board of education decided at the meeting.

Additionally, HSC and equivalent exams have been suspended for the past six months. But the Ministry of Education will decide when this test will take place.
