The notification stated that in case of verification of the teacher’s registration certificate, it was ordered to send a photocopy of the appointment letter of the teacher in question with the certificate. But at the field level, as the notice shows, some Upazila Secondary Education Officials have instructed to present the registration certificates of all private teachers from their Upazila to their office. Again, some institutions have sent a letter to this office to reverify the certificate along with the letter of appointment from the professor after verifying the certificate.
In this situation, the notification clearly states: ‘From now on, the director of the educational institution, who will send a letter to this office to verify the teacher’s registration certificate, will send a copy of the registration certificate and the appointment letter (attested by the institution) of the teacher in question. Those who have verified the certificate once before do not need to verify the certificate again. This notification is applicable only to those who send a letter to this office for verification of the registration certificate. It does not apply to any other organization.
