Dhaka: In the last 24 hours, 26 more people have died from the corona virus in the country. A total of 4,939 people have died.
1,544 people have recently been identified. In total, the number of victims amounts to three lakh 46,918 people.

It said 2,179 people, including asymptomatic patients, have recovered in the past 24 hours at various hospitals and homes across the country, including Dhaka City. So far, a total of two lakh 56,575 people have recovered. Samples have been collected and tested in 96 public and private laboratories throughout the country. 10,006 samples have been collected in the last 24 hours. A total of 11,591 samples have been analyzed, including previous samples. So far 16 lakh 21,280 samples have been tested.
In the last 24 hours, the sample test rate is 13.32 percent. So far, the detection rate is 19.17 percent, the recovery rate is 83.53 percent, and the death rate is 1.42 percent.
In the notification, Nasima Sultana said, of 28 people killed in 24 hours, 18 were men and nine were women. Among them there are 19 in the Dhaka division and four in the Chittagong division. Furthermore, there are three in each division of Rajshahi, Khulna and Rangpur. Of these, 24 died at the hospital and two at home.
The age analysis of the dead revealed that there were 18 people over 60 years old, seven people between 51 and 60 years old, one person between 41 and 50 years old and one person between 21 and 30 years old.
In the last 24 hours, 235 people arrived in isolation and 531 people received relief from isolation. So far, 6,984 people have arrived in isolation. 62,226 people have come out of isolation. Currently there are 16,738 people in isolation.
