Coronavirus infections are increasing in Europe. The World Health Organization (WHO) has warned that coronary heart disease is increasing in European countries in recent weeks, according to CNN.
Hans Cluj, director general of the WHO’s European office, said on Thursday that when the epidemic peaked in Europe last March, the number of weekly outbreaks now exceeded that number. The number of weekly patients in the region surpassed three lakhs last week.
“More than half of European countries have seen a 10 percent increase in new cases in the last two weeks,” he said. Of these, the number of new cases has more than doubled in seven countries.
