On August 25, five lawyers from the Supreme Court filed a petition seeking the veracity, validity, and rationality of the case presented at the Narayanganj Sadar Model Police Station and the subsequent process of the case. The petition was presented in the corresponding section of the Superior Court attaching news published in various media with the title “Schoolgirl returns alive after 49 days after throwing the body into the river after the rape.”
The superior court of the Superior Court subpoenaed the former and current investigative officers in connection with the student’s return alive after the August 28 hearing. Following the subpoena warrant, former investigating officer Shamim Al Mamun and current investigating officer Narayanganj Sadar Police Station SI Mostafizur Rahman appeared in High Court at 10 am Thursday.
