The Twitter account of Lee-Meng Yan, a bacteriologist who pointed the finger directly at the country, has been canceled because the coronavirus was created in the laboratory of the Wuhan government in China.
It was learned that Twitter had sent ‘community rule violation’ notices to multiple Ian tweets blaming Beijing. Twitter authorities have not yet ruled on the cancellation of his account.
The young scientist, who once worked with an infectious disease at the Hong Kong School of Public Health, claims that she recently fled to the United States for fear of losing her life.
In an interview with a British channel a week ago, Ian claimed that he had all kinds of evidence of coronavirus in his laboratory. Beijing threatens to kill him if he finds out.
Meanwhile, China’s National Health Commission, the University of Hong Kong, and even the World Health Organization have rejected Yan’s claim, saying it is completely unfounded.
Twitter has repeatedly accused him of creating confusion about Corona. However, many feel that his decision to suspend the scientist’s account is under pressure from Beijing.
