The 9-year-old Khorshed trafficker has been charged in the rape case. The Khorshed merchant is a third-class student from the local Alok Vartika school. The incident took place in the village of Durgapur in Bonarpara, union of Saghata upazila. Khorshed was arrested Thursday and sent to court charged with raping a 5-year-old girl.
According to the statement, Khorshed Alam, the son of Khademul Islam from Durgapur village, took Shuvo, Nihat and the boy to a nearby house under construction around noon on September 12. It was also mentioned in the statement that Khorshed ran away at the time of the boy’s cry. A case was filed at the Saghata police station on Thursday and the police arrested Khorshed at his home and sent him to court.
Khorshed’s older brother, Abdul Khaleq, said the matter was resolved. The cause has been presented to them for causing social and economic damage.

The defendant’s attorney, attorney Manjur Morshed Babu, said the matter was resolved. Everyone knows how useful a 9-year-old’s body is for rape. Furthermore, it is also questionable to bring the victim to Rangpur without undergoing a local medical examination.
