3 hospitals in Dhaka declared no covid

Dhaka: The government has ordered the three hospitals dedicated to Covid in the capital to cancel their activities and start non-covid medical activities if necessary.

The Ministry of Health declared on Thursday (September 18) the Dhaka Metropolitan Hospital in Babubazar of the capital, the Lalkuthi Hospital in Mirpur and the Bashundhara Kovid Hospital in Kuril not covid.

He said that the three hospitals were dedicated to treating patients infected with the Covid-19 virus as Covid-19 hospitals.

As there are currently no patients in the general beds and ICU beds in the three hospitals / the number of patients has been drastically reduced, it has been requested to cancel the Covid-19 medical activities in those hospitals and to start non-covid medical activities for treatment of general patients. ‘

In this order, all orders related to Covid-19 from hospitals have been canceled and have the approval of the corresponding authorities.

It was also mentioned that this order will take effect immediately.
