However, the Ministry of Primary and Mass Education has described the criticism as propaganda.
The Planning Commission eventually canceled the plan to travel abroad. Swapan Kumar Ghosh, head of the Planning Commission’s department for socio-economic infrastructure, told the Bengali Tribune: “The project is being restructured. Not just this project, overseas tours of all projects will be canceled during Corona. Saving government money is urgent now. When asked if the proposed spending allocation for local training would remain at 15 million rupees, he said: “Everything is coming down now in Corona.”

According to the commission sources, spending will be cut somewhere and increased again through the restructuring of the project.
The project was recently reported in the media. That being said, an allowance of Rs 5 crore has been requested to go abroad to learn how to cook Khichuri. Following the publication of this news in the media on Tuesday (September 15), the Minister of State for Primary and Mass Education. Zakir Hossain told the Bengali Tribune: ‘This is not news, it is propaganda. Who will implement the project need training?
