Dhaka: Awami League President and Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has warned party leaders and workers that the second phase of the corona virus infection could occur. At the same time, she instructed the party leaders and workers to be prepared to face the situation.

He gave the directive at a meeting of the Awami League presidium on Wednesday (September 18).

The Awami League presidium meeting was held in Ganobhaban under the presidency of Sheikh Hasina almost six months after the onset of the corona infection. This information came to light after speaking with various members of the Awami League presidium at the end of the meeting.

According to sources, the meeting discussed the steps taken by the government and the Awami League to address the situation in Corona. The meeting feared that the current situation in the crown could deteriorate again and that the corona infection could strike in the second phase.

Meanwhile, Awami League leaders thanked the party’s Prime Minister, Sheikh Hasina, for successfully addressing the Corona situation. Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina also thanked the Awami League leaders and workers for stepping up to address the situation and for cooperating in various ways from the side of the people.

While discussing the general situation in Corona at the meeting, Awami League President Sheikh Hasina addressed party leaders and said that Corona’s situation could deteriorate again. In the second phase, a major injury may recur. In some European countries, the infection has started in the second phase. That is why everyone should be careful. You must be prepared to face any situation. In the Corona situation, party leaders and workers have supported and cooperated with the people in the same way.

Party leaders also thanked Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina for addressing the situation in Corona.

The sources further said that the party’s organizational situation was also discussed at the meeting. The president of the Awami League, Sheikh Hasina, ordered that committees that have not yet received a full committee after the party’s allies conference come forward soon. In addition, she also ordered to expedite the conferences of Awami League units, including districts and upazilas, which have already been held, but the full committee has not yet been formed. She also ordered to ensure that defectors from the party get a place on the new committee.

Sheikh Hasina said that the committee should be formed by combining the new and the old. Those who work all the time for the team, those who sacrifice should be brought to your committee.
