The body of a woman rescued from cabin number 391 on the third floor of the Parabat-11 motorboat from Dhaka has been delivered to the river port of Barisal. Moktar Hossain, brother of the deceased, received his body on Tuesday.
In the evening, the Officer-in-Charge (CO) of Barisal Sadar Naval Police Station, Abdullah Al Mamun, said that the deceased was identified as Jannatul Ferdous Lovely, 29 years old. Her husband Oliyar Rahman’s home is in Bhanga upazila of Faridpur. Lovely lived with her father Abdul Latif Miah in the Pallabi area of Mirpur, the capital. She is the mother of two children.
The OC further said: “Initially it was confirmed that the launch booth was taken with Naeem and the mobile phone number is not correct.” However, everything is being looked at more closely. In addition, the person seen on CCTV is searched. We can arrest him very soon. ‘
On the morning of September 14, the Naval Police recovered a body from cabin number 391 on the third floor of the Parabat-11 boat in the river port of Barisal. During the rescue operation, several police units, including the CID team, were working at the scene.
