The Ministry of Primary and Mass Education has announced that this year it will not present the final exam for the fifth class due to the situation in Corona.

The Department of Elementary Education (DPE) said it was considering issuing passing certificates for all candidates except grades or GPA numbers in December if the current situation continues.

According to the DPE, all educational institutions in the country have been closed since March 16 due to the global epidemic. Due to this situation, this year the final exam for the fifth class is not organized.

It was learned that although the situation is not normal, the reopening of the school has been officially announced. If it is not possible to open the educational institution for next November, the waiting certificate will be delivered to the registered candidates waiting for the fifth class. However, those certificates will not mention any GPA or grade point. The certificate will only have passed text. With that, students can be admitted to sixth class.

Confirming the matter, said the CEO. Fasiullah told Jago News that if Corona’s situation is not normal, all registered fifth graders will receive certificates of approval. If the test is not possible, a grade or GPA will be given. Student certificates will be sent to their respective schools to maintain continuity. It will be delivered from there.

Meanwhile, a summary was sent to the Prime Minister on August 19 to cancel the final exam-ibtedayi due to the Corona situation. A meeting of the Secretaries of Education and Primary and Mass Education was recently held in the presence of the Chief Secretary of the Prime Minister’s Office, Ahmed Kaikaus.

It was decided to send a proposal to the Prime Minister not to test there. On this basis, a summary was prepared and sent to the Prime Minister, who agreed. It was later announced that he would not take the test.
