Zayed Khan has been in the hospital since hearing the news of Sadeq Bachchu’s death. “We wanted to say goodbye to legendary actor Sadek Bachchu Bhai from FDC for the last time,” he said this afternoon. But in the end we deviated from this decision on the advice of a doctor on the question of health protection.

He said, Bachchu Bhai will be buried in accordance with hygiene rules. Since he was affected by the crown, Anjuman Mufidul Islam took over his burial.

The leader of the artists’ association said that Sadeq Bachchu’s body is still in the hospital. Anjuman Mufidul Islam will remove the body from there. They are arranging his bathing, janaza, and burial in accordance with crown and social distance restrictions. He will be buried in the Asharbad Khilgaon Cemetery.

Sadeq Bachchu breathed his last at 12:05 pm on Monday while undergoing treatment at the Universal Medical College Hospital in the capital. He was 65 at the time of his death. He is survived by two daughters and a son. The death of Sadeq Bachchu has cast a shadow of mourning over the cinema.

A few days ago, Sadeq Bachchu underwent open heart surgery. A couple of weeks ago he contracted typhoid fever. Sadek Bachchu was admitted to Dhamek Hospital at 11:30 pm on September 8 due to respiratory problems. The next day he underwent a crown test and the result was positive.

Dhameke Sadeq Bachchu’s condition deteriorated while under treatment and he was transferred to Mohakhali Universal Hospital on Saturday afternoon.

In his colorful 50-year career, Sadeq Bachchu has worked in radio, theater, film, everywhere. However, after starring in Ehtesham’s ‘Chandni’ in the 1990s, he gained popularity as a villain. Sadeq Bachchu’s fame spread throughout the country with this identity. After this movie, his name will change from Mahbub Alam to Sadek Bachchu.

Apart from the villain, Sadek Bachchu has acted skillfully in various roles. His latest film is ‘Rebelde’. Sadek Bachchu won the 2016 National Film Award for ‘A Cinematographic Story’, in addition to numerous honors in recognition of his acting career.
