Among them, Siddharth and Anwarul were employed in subcontracting and worked as data entry operators in the Khilgaon and Gulshan offices under the Election Commission.

According to the DB, 12 double, false and duplicate national identity cards were recovered.

The operation was carried out by the Lalbagh Division of the Dhaka Metropolitan Detective Police.
