Apart from this, Upazila union Golapganj commander Ansar appointed union commander Ansar and associate commander Ansar without any paperwork. They even complained that they didn’t have any VDP training certificates.
When asked about the appointment with a fake certificate, Ansar, Golapganj Union commander, Azahar Ali, told Kaler Kanth: “I got the certificate in 1993 together with Abdul Hakim while training in Dhaka.” Ibnul Haq, the District Warrant Officer, came and took my certificate to verify it. The accusations made on my behalf are false.
