“We will make a decision next week as soon as we receive instructions from the NDPS special court,” Satish told Manshinde.
The NCB arrested Riya Chakraborty last Tuesday in a drug case. When Riya was brought to court on Wednesday, she was in pre-trial detention for 14 days. The court had placed Riya in judicial custody until September 22. Sauvik Chakraborty Samuel Miranda and Basit Parihar are also in the custody of the judiciary for 14 days.

The Office of Narcotics Control claims that Riya Chakraborty is an active member of the ‘drug union’. She used to bring drugs for Sushant.
