Dhaka: The Dhaka airport train station has reopened some five and a half months after the global epidemic was halted due to the corona virus.
All trains have been in operation since Thursday (September 10).
As a result, from now on, passengers will be able to get on and off at this important station in the capital.
Joydebpur and Narsingdi stations have also been opened. All intercity, commuter and mail trains have been running at these three stations since Thursday morning.
According to Dhaka Railway Control, five trains have stopped at the Dhaka airport station since morning. The passengers have gone to various destinations.
Due to the increase in the transmission of the corona virus in the country, the movement of trains stopped as of March 26. Two months later, a limited number of trains were launched on May 31, but the airport station was not reopened.
