In the last 24 hours, 41 more people have died from coronavirus in the country. The total death toll has risen to 4,593. A new crown of 1,726 people has been identified. As a result, the total number of victims has reached 3 lakh 31 thousand 6 people.
This information has been given in the periodic notification sent by the health department on Wednesday.
According to the notification, 14,792 samples were collected and 14,755 analyzed in the last 24 hours. A total of 16 lakh 64 thousand 452 samples were analyzed. Considering the 24-hour sample test, the detection rate is 19.6 percent.
Of the 41 people killed in the last 24 hours, 29 were men and 12 were women. The total death toll so far is 3,562 men or 8.99 percent of men and 1,011 women or 22.01 percent of women. The identified mortality rate is 1.39 percent.
In the past 24 hours, 2,995 more people have recovered from Corona. With this, the total number of healthy people in the country stands at 2 lakh 30 thousand 604 people. The recovery rate so far is 89.61 percent.
According to the government’s Institute of Pathology, Disease Control and Research (IEDCR), on March 8 the first case of coronavirus was identified in the country. On March 17, the first death was reported.
