Rangpur: The malefactors entered UNO Wahida Khanum’s home for the purpose of robbery. According to RAB, Waheeda was attacked for obstructing it.
RAB-13 said this at a press conference on Friday (September 4) evening.
At the press conference it was reported that Asadul Islam, Santu and Nabirul are the main defendants in the UN attempted assassination case in Ghoraghat upazila of Dinajpur. They have already claimed responsibility for the incident. According to the interrogation, they entered the house with a fan for the robbery. However, Wahida woke up and attacked him for preventing the robbery.
However, the RAB said that a further investigation of the incident would take place despite the fact that the people arrested had entered the home with the intent to rob.
