Wahid’s father, Omar Ali, is being treated at the Ghoraghat Upazila Health Complex. He came from Naogaon to visit his daughter’s home.

Omar Ali told police that at night someone broke the bathroom fan and entered the house. Wahida sensed it and stepped forward and hit him on the head with a hammer. When Omar Ali stepped forward, the assailant hit him with a hammer and fled. They were later rescued and sent to the hospital.
