The district’s youth welfare agency on Tuesday issued a memorandum to the Moulvibazar Model Police Station, Moulvibazar Police Superintendent and Moulvibazar DC seeking justice for the rape.
Tushar, the main defendant in the rape case, wrote on Facebook: “The case has been shelved, the warrant has been issued. Soon I will surrender to the law.
