Pranab Mukherjee died yesterday at the Army Research and Referral Hospital in New Delhi, India. Earlier on the night of August 9, he fell in the bathroom of his home in Delhi and was seriously injured. The next morning he had some trouble with his nerves. He was rushed to hospital on the advice of doctors. He was diagnosed with coronavirus after being admitted to the hospital. An MRI showed a blood clot inside his head. The doctors decided to operate urgently. But the condition did not improve after surgery. As of August 13, he entered a deep coma. The veteran Indian politician suffered from diabetes for a long time.
