But under the Unlock 4 rule, the state can enforce the lock only in the container zone. If you want to do a statewide lockdown, you need to get permission from the central government. Putting an end to that speculation, the state government reported that the closure would be as previously announced. However, schools, colleges, educational institutions, movie theaters, swimming pools and amusement parks will remain closed according to the guidelines of the center.
