Referring to the assistance provided to several Qawmi madrasas in the first phase, he said: “We have already provided financial assistance to some 6,065 Qawmi madrasas.” We have spent about 10 crore rupees. We have taken into account how many orphans there are in any madrasa. According to that calculation, we have sent money to all the madrasas. In the second phase, financial assistance will be provided to another 7,000 Qawmi madrasas before Eid. In this way, we have taken steps to ensure that no class is neglected by those who are orphaned and helpless in different places. ”

Since the ceremony, the Prime Minister launched a cash assistance program of Tk 2,500 to 5 million families affected by the Coronavirus (Kovid-19) epidemic across the country. Recipients include rickshaw shooters, truck drivers, day laborers, construction workers, farm workers, store workers, private companies, poultry farm workers, truck and bus transport workers, and street vendors to ensure blockage or distance social due to coronavirus infection.
