Confirming the matter on Tuesday afternoon, Ramna Division ADM (DC to Promotion) HM Azimul Haque told reporters that the government has conditionally ordered to open the market. We have no objection to opening the market in accordance with hygiene standards. But there is no hygienic situation in the Gulistan Bangabazar market. Narrow path there. In light of hygiene, there is no way for two people to walk together. It was closed after observing the situation in the morning.
On the other hand, two outlets for fashion houses ‘Aranya’ and ‘Vive’ in Dhanmondi have been closed due to non-compliance with the rules and regulations prescribed by the government.
In this regard, the Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) of the Ramna Division, Abdullahil Kafi, said that no minimum security measures were taken at those two points of sale. There have been no tunnels, spray doors, or hand sanitizer at the entrance. So they have been closed.
