The number of coronavirus cases in the police is increasing across the country. In the past 24 hours, 65 more police officers have been infected with coronavirus (Covid-19). According to police headquarters sources on Sunday, 845 members of the Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) were among the victims, according to police units across the country. However, in addition to field members in Corona, two Deputy Police Deputy Commissioners (ADC) and an Assistant Police Commissioner (AC) have been attacked.
According to data from various police units across the country, another 1,069 people have been held in isolation on suspicion of a crown by the police. 270 officers were quarantined when they came in contact with the victims. So far, 147 police officers have recovered and returned to their homes.
