OC Alamgir Hossain Majumder said the gunman for the Minister of War for Liberation Affairs, AQM Mozammel Haque, was a fugitive. An operation is underway to arrest him. Initially it was thought that he had been killed while intoxicated or premeditated. The incident is under investigation.
