30 deaths in 24 hours in Corona

Dhaka: In the last 24 hours, 30 more people have died from the corona virus in the country. A total of 7,509 people have died.

1,181 people have recently been identified. In total, the number of victims stands at 5 lakh 11,261 people.

Tuesday (December 29) afternoon, Additional Director General of the Department of Health, Prof. This information was given in a press release signed by Nasima Sultana.

It said 1,245 people, including asymptomatic patients, have recovered in the past 24 hours at various hospitals and homes across the country, including Dhaka City. So far, a total of four lakh 45,573 people have recovered. Samples have been collected and tested in 16 laboratories under government and private administration throughout the country. Of these, 114 are RT-PCR labs, 24 are gene experts, and 29 are fast antigens. In the last 24 hours, 14,720 samples have been collected in these labs. A total of 14,558 samples were analyzed. So far 31 lakh 99,115 samples have been tested.

The sample testing rate in the last 24 hours was also reported to be 8.10 percent. So far, the detection rate is 15.98 percent considering the sample test, the recovery rate is 8.91 percent considering the identified test, and the death rate is 1.46 percent considering the identified test.

In the notification, Nasima Sultana said that of 30 people killed in 24 hours, 19 were men and 11 were women. Among them are 19 in the Dhaka division, six in the Chittagong division and three in the Khulna division. Also, there are two in each division of Rajshahi and Rangpur. Of these, 30 died in the hospital.

The age analysis of the dead showed that there were 21 people over 60 years old, five people between 51 and 60 years old, three people between 41 and 50 years old and one person between zero and 10 years old.

He said 115 people have come to isolation in the last 24 hours and 211 people have been exempted from isolation. So far, 96,065 people have arrived in isolation. 64 thousand 57 people have benefited from isolation. There are currently 11,517 people in isolation.
